Stumbled across this place last Saturday. Really enjoyed the place, great vibes and clientele. Drinks are cheap and made well. Staff are friendly. Place wasn’t on my radar before, but il be back when I’m heading out for drinks. Highly recommend this place!.

Great food and the Mac and cheese is a must. The bar is clean and staff very pleasant. The lunch deals are very well priced with 2 courses for £7.95. In the heart of Glasgow with only a couple of minutes walk to many of the cities famous sites

Myself and my friend, went for lunch on 20th december to Bachus pub, only to be disappointed. First of all, i had booked for a table for 2 people, with easy access to the toilet,as i have mobility problems. The staff member looked confused,as to my request, despite stating this request on the phone the day before. Despite the pub being quiet, the staff member gave myself a seat, next to the main door area, which was cold from the constant opening of the door, she stated that other areas were booked. Then i wanted to get the chicken dish, only to be told that there was not any chicken, mmhh! Christmas season! So i asked for vegeterian dish instead, only to be told 20 minutes later, that there is no vegeterian option for the sish i wanted. By this stage i was hungry, and ordered the beefburger with bacon and cheese, only to ses that there was no cheese. In addition, the toilets did not have a dryer, and the toilet seat was broken, with ice cold water from the taps. Then at the end of this rubbish experience, they had the gaul to put a charge for the non existant cheese, on the bill. Overall the experience, was dreadful and disappointing. I used to enjoy meals in this pub,and go out of my way to go there, despite my mobilty problems, but its fair to say that the quality service and overall experience has gone downhill! Therefore i will not...

The Bacchus is the best place to go to at the end of each month, when Elvis Presley is remembered by the many fans who attend The Elvis Touch, their Glasgow branch of the Elvis Presley fan club. Who meet up with other family members and friends at The Bacchus, Glassford Street at the end of every month. Young fans can discover what their grandparents and parents like about Elvis and hopefully they will become fans themselves, telling their own children and grandchildren about Elvis just like they've been told about when they were growing up! While the Older fans can enjoy the continued experience the music of Elvis Presley has given them...

Came down from Orkney for a couple of days and stumbled upon this hidden gem in the city The interior was absolutely gorgeous, fantastic atmosphere and they have the cutest little doggy station for our four legged friends (woof!) The staff were second to none, they were a breath of fresh air on a cloudy day in Glasgow. The bartenders Jamie and Caitlin were abouts superstars! Nothing was too much of a hassle for these angels! Hats off to you both! They gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go around the city as we aren't locals! I wish this place all the luck and success in the world! If I could give 6...
