Myself and my friend, went for lunch on 20th december to Bachus pub, only to be disappointed. First of all, i had booked for a table for 2 people, with easy access to the toilet,as i have mobility problems. The staff member looked confused,as to my request, despite stating this request on the phone the day before. Despite the pub being quiet, the staff member gave myself a seat, next to the main door area, which was cold from the constant opening of the door, she stated that other areas were booked. Then i wanted to get the chicken dish, only to be told that there was not any chicken, mmhh! Christmas season! So i asked for vegeterian dish instead, only to be told 20 minutes later, that there is no vegeterian option for the sish i wanted. By this stage i was hungry, and ordered the beefburger with bacon and cheese, only to ses that there was no cheese. In addition, the toilets did not have a dryer, and the toilet seat was broken, with ice cold water from the taps. Then at the end of this rubbish experience, they had the gaul to put a charge for the non existant cheese, on the bill. Overall the experience, was dreadful and disappointing. I used to enjoy meals in this pub,and go out of my way to go there, despite my mobilty problems, but its fair to say that the quality service and overall experience has gone downhill! Therefore i will not...

Hats off to you both! They gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go around the city as we aren't locals! I wish this place all the luck and success in the world! If I could give 6...
