Not a very welcoming place. I placed my order no problem. I got a large mocca and a ham and cheese croissant. Was over £9 which I thought was a little pricey but didn't mind. I sat in a corner and when my order was ready I was shouted at to get my order on a tray. The cutlery had finger prints all over it and the croissant had a hair sticking out of it. The staff made me feel as if I was bothering them which really showed when I approached one of the woman that there is a hair baked into the croissant. I'm an extremely anxious person so I already felt weird having to return the croissant but the woman started picking up the croissant and throwing it around as if I was making it up. I had to show her it was a baked in hair. She threw the plate down. I walk back to my table while texting my partner that I was even more anxious. She brought out a new croissant to my table and Said there you, again making me feel like I was bothering them. I felt uncomfortable so I finished my mocca and had a bite of the croissant, took my tray the cart, said thanks and left. I would not recommend this place at all, very...
Read moreWish I could give it no stars to be honest shocking customer service food wasn’t that good either me and my friend were there today and were made very uncomfortable when the assistant manager and her co worker were making fun of to 16 year olds very unprofessional if you ask me my friend asked the assistant manager why they were talking badly about to 16 year olds and she came back with just doing my job but the last time I checked no part of that job are you meant to be making to 16 year olds feel uncomfortable when she said she was just doing her job she said we would understand when we are 18 so I questioned what we would understand when we are 18 and then they replied with having a professional job so if I have a job at 16 that’s not professional I’m really not happy and certainly will not be going back or recommending it to any friends and family the staff really need to think about...

As i left she had a smirk on her face. Society is so messed up, obviously a couple of pound is more important than a little drop of boiled water to feed a BABY!! FEEL FREE TO SHARE.
