Hi 1st in east Kilbride centre so popped into this cafe staff where lovely very friendly the 2 stars are for the staff, foods very over priced for what u get baked potatoe was very dry, ordered the Minestrone soup all I saw was paste and it was a very little bowl, My cappuccino aw my god just a watery white coffee was so disappointed, no1 came over to see if we needed anything or if food was ok, requested a pani with no sald or coleslaw but they stil put it on my sons plate so he didn’t eat it, lady didn’t even offer a refund saw it was untouched didn’t ask how was everything else we just left paying £45, don’t think I wil be back...
Read moreI have lunches here quite often and food is good for what it is. I actually think the decor is lovely, it's inviting, pretty and attracts the eye. The staff are generally friendly, mainly the female staff. I'm giving 4 stars as it's cold quite often because of its location near an exit from shopping centre. Also one occasion, they had music blasting, and it's not appropriate for that place where people are talking. I asked the guy at till to turn it down . He answered me back and made excuses about it until eventually turning it off. Not had music like that again thankfully. If I wanted loud music I'd...

The soup one of us had was pretty good and maybe even warranted 4 stars. The scones were ok (definitely not bad) although heated up it seems in the microwave, as they were soft.
Staff were 'ok'. Not rude in any way, but not especially warm or friendly. Prices seemed a bit on the high side (7 or 8 quid for a sandwich or filled baked potato, 3 quid for a scone with jam).
