All staff at the till were very rude. I wanted to use my Costa Rewards App and the barista very rudely made me feel like I was supposed to know that I had to present my code before it was put through to payment on the till, despite the fact that I was never asked if I had the Costa Rewards App in the first place. I ordered a caramel latte that had no caramel syrup in it, I went to the barista to complain politely, she took the glass, put a couple of pumps of caramel syrup in and put it back and said "There". Not even an apology for the mistake. Disgusting customer service from this Costa branch, never had a problem with any other branch. Do not recommend purely because of this. Also, a certain area of the cafe was sectioned off with chairs, a common occurrence at this particular branch, it just seems the staff cannot be bothered having more customers, especially when this was at 2pm and their closing time is 5pm. Although i work at starbucks i usually enjoy the food and find the coffee alright. Recently has been the awful, poor service, dirty and similar to other reviews i always feel like an inconvenience when im in.

The older lady on shift spoke with the younger girl on shift like dirt reharding crumbs on the floor. I understand that working in this environment is hard sometimes but i would never speak with my staff like that.

When i last visited this store i asked why are you closing so early and the girl who served me mentioned staffing isssues. Perhaps this is why?
