My friend and I were here with our two kids also in tow yesterday. These guys could not be more helpful, more inviting and happy to help! Brilliant customer service! Were interactive with the kids and even let them help them (a lot of places don’t like kids), no question was any bother to them, and even offered more information that was relevant to help! I needed my iPhone battery changed which they did within half an hour! Amazing price! and even helped as to why my chargers were wobbling, with no questions, he automatically sorted it for me and at no extra cost. My daughter was in shop heaven as she loves Pokémon cards and they told her about different cards etc. we will definitely be back and I will definitely be recommending this shop for fixing of phones, buying games/consoles/phones and for Pokémon cards. terrible service and attitude. Phone water damaged, did not expect to be able to repair. They said he'd look at it. Left it till Monday to collect. Handed phone in plastic bag so didn't look at it as said not repaired. On my way home on the bus looked at it and noticed rear cover newly broken. Suspected that this was not my phone. So returned to shop to ask. Became very rude I requested that they may have given me the wrong phone. Became very aggressive, threatened to call the police. Said I was happy to wait however Ali threatened to smash my teeth in not once but twice. You would be stupid to deal with these...
