Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

So Costa quality is always good but this wasn't the best Costa experience we've ever had. My 9 year old placed the order for hot chocolates and I handed over my panini for toasting. She was never offered cream & marshmallows and was given a medium again without checking what she wanted which was huge for such a little thing.

That being said although it was too much for her and without marshmallows it was still tasty. She enjoyed her cake and my panini was nice.

I had to go hunting for napkins.

There were plenty of seats and the restaurant was spotless.

There was a fair wait for the drinks etc but...

One of the nice wee coffee shops in Stirling, even better when you can get one of the window seats. The hot chocolates are delicious and my favourite is the blueberry muffins (with liquidy centre!)

He service has always been fairly quick and they have pull out changing station in the toilet for little ones and high chairs.

It's tight to get in with prams to sit down, but if it's not too busy, do-able. Walking in to take away, there's plenty room to get in and out...

Last Sunday (12th of March about 3pm) I went to get my usual Costa coffee when I was refused my coffee by one of the manager because I was using my a cup which is suitable for a disabled person which I am in a wheelchair and the carer was very angry at her attitude. She refused to serve me because she couldn't put the lid on the cup for health and safety reasons. Over so many years being a loyal customer and never having this problem before I was very disappointed...
