The last 2 times ordered from them order was wrong. So 2nd time called and compiled told me it would take up to 5 days to refund my card. Which wasn't happy about. Asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. I waited 5 day still no refund so I called them they still had not refund my card its sitting on account. 😡 so to get a refund I have to give them my card detail again. I'm now waiting on a so call manager of the place to call me back. My suggestion to anyone that use them check your order before leaving the place. Worst dominos I've had and I've had them all over the UK. The pizza was covered in grease, burnt and dry pepperoni and very bland. I called to complain - staff were difficult. Manager was stroppy. He tried to give me some excuse that pepperoni made the entire pizza covered in grease and assured me that he's been making pizzas for 25 years and knew best. Manager needs a lesson in manors! Staff used my contactless card when paying for pizza and over charged me over double the original price. I stay over 40 miles from this store and only ate there because of work . He expected me to drive all the way there and back to receive a refund on my card with no compensation what so ever Horrid attitude and no customer service.
