Looking forward to our Christmas Eve lunch at work today by treating ourselves (hardworking hospital employees) to a Dr Noodles from the Perth branch. Upon delivery, we were shocked to find that we’ve been totally ripped off with regards to portion size and price because we had chosen to order through Deliveroo. Two of my colleagues spoke to an extremely unhelpful member of staff in the Perth restaurant who proceeded to hang-up when asked for management details to discuss further. The menu on the restaurant website does not coincide with the menu on Deliveroo and they are actually charging you more for less! Box sizes are also labelled differently.
Let it be clear, we are well aware that Deliveroo is not the problem and that Dr Noodles are just trying their luck! Not sure we’ll be back to pay £59.65 + delivery for 7 small boxes of food that are described as being “medium”
Would be grateful for any feedback regarding this matter.

Read moreJust had a meal. One beef noodles with honey and chilli sauce. The beef was SUPER TOUGH. Barely edible. One coconut chicken rice. Has to be the most bland food I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Tasted like a can of coconut milk was poured over the rice and heated. Absolutely no flavour. Couldn't eat it. And finally, one king prawn rice with coconut curry sauce. This was the worst of all. 4 prawns in a regular size meal. So little sauce that there was about 2 inches of dry white rice at the bottom of the box that had dried up so much it came out in a big clump. So awful we'll never go back. Don't go here, go somewhere else. We should have...
Read moreA note on how to make stir fry noodles. Hot wok, oil, throw in sliced FRESH chicken (thigh preferably) cooked till a bit of colour, then FRESH vegetables (onion, capsicum, something green), garlic, ginger all cooked up till nearly ready then add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, spring onions. Toss until all ingredients are combined, coated with sauce and noodles are cooked through and HOT. Garnish with Fresh coriander and chilli, maybe beanshoots. Yes, believe it or not, it is that easy. Not that precooked veg, processed FROZEN chicken with curry sauce from a jar that I was served LUKEWARM. For that price! The one star is for the...
