GalosPeriPeri — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered a couple of bubble teas at 6pm on a Sunday. First time we ordered and was really excited to try It's now 8.13pm and I have called to ask if it is on the way. The phone was answered by the rudest girl I have ever encountered in my life. I was told that they tried to call me and "its not her problem that they can't get through!" Wow!!!!! Really! Can people actually speak to customers like this! She then proceded to tell me "if I want to cancel it then cancel it". I have a local restaurant and I am appalled! Seriously disgusted by the way I was spoken to. Her parting words were "you can gie me less attitude anaw". Come on galos do better than this. Delivery time terrible, staff attitude terrible. Went for lunch today. Service was pretty good, guys were pleasant though the hygiene of this place is so poor. The person cooking the food had a Galos shirt on which was covered in all sorts of stains and clearly hadn’t been washed in a while. The kitchen was untidy and the server had very dirty hands again showing the lack of hygiene in this place. Reluctantly after ordering I have returned home 6 hours later having not eaten anything else to have food poisoning. This place really needs inspected and fined or closed down. Ordered a meal paid extra for a blueberry and raspberry slushie. Still had to opt for a can as well which I never got and my slushie was just blueberry.

Ordered another meal with can of pepsi and got iron bru. Sweetcorn arrived burnt and no butter. But got another blueberry slushie.
