The customer service was the best customer service I've ever seen. It was too good because when I ordered something, two of it was made, one correct and one wrong I got the wrong one first and when I realised that it was wrong I went to tell them but as I was walking to the front they said my order number (again) but with the correct one and i put the wrong one back and grabbed the correct one but when I went to sit down there was a third calling of my order number about the one I put back and when I tried to explain what had happen, they misunderstood it as if I had either placed two orders or got the original wrong and put the wrong in the bin (in my opinion is very wasteful). After a few minutes I thought the issue was resolved but they just made another order, the order was wrong again because I think they misunderstood me earlier and I don't like food being wasted so I just took the food, thanks. I hope no one gets fired/ in trouble because of this review, humans are flawed creatures and it is easy to make mistakes plus my order wasn't expensive so not really that much of a loss.

Read moreVERY BAD SERVICE today, I am a regular customer of this Halal Food KFC and never had such a bad experience. Today, I ordered at drive thru window. I was asked to wait at a designated place to get my order for 4 - 5 minutes. After a waiting almost 25 minutes, I had to go in the restaurant and met the manager Ms. Shannon. I wanted to register my complaint for such a long wait. The lady was so RUDE to me and didn't let me talk even she was not giving me a chance to speak and register my complaint. I requested minimum 5-6 times to let me speak but she rudely said that she is not accepting any complaint. When I requested her that if this is the case then I going back in my car, please deliver my order there. She came with the order later and gave me my parcel. I asked her that this is not complete because she didn't give me Pepsi bottle. She said that she is not even listening to me and went back. I had to go back in the restaurant again and got my Pepsi bottle from some other member of the team. When we opened the parcel at home, fires were also missing from the order. Read moreThe worst place you can EVER visit! I ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 ice creams, under order number 7067, and it was there under the “Preparing”. The order slept in the preparing for around 10 minutes, and then eventually moved to the “Collect”, where it stayed for around the same time. I nicely asked a member of staff where my order was, and he replied that it was getting prepared. 5 minutes later, the order number vanished from the “Collect”, and I was getting upset, because neither my order was completed nor someone said what was going on. What made it worse was the fact that the members of staff were mucking about, telling jokes and stories to each other and the customers were lining up and they were even oblivious about who ordered what; a lady with order number 8081 had asked for a take away when the actually put the order on a sit-in option; her son noticed it, and she was not sure what was going on. Then, I was a little mad and asked for a refund because the service was ABSOLUTE rubbish! Not using the sit-in anymore; I may go for the drive-in, though and only because my daughter likes their mini burger; and there is no Halal elsewhere I know....
