The attitude of the server was appalling after I mentioned that the order they made was incorrect. Instead of just sorting it out he spent the time arguing and claiming I never said ‘ Oat’ 😓 being Lactose intolerant it’s not something I would forget to say. Eventually after alot of back and forth he changed my coffee for me but felt the need to huff and puff about it. Overall a Poor service and average coffee. Im not bothered about the service if the coffee is made well. If they can differentiate between a flat white and a cortado, I'm a fan. I had flat whites all over Harris and Lewis and nobody could make it, apart from Kopi Java.
