Visited whilst on family holiday stop over in Inverness and wasn't disappointed. Beautiful, pure tasting, high quality Gelato Ice Cream with many different flavours offered and at a reasonable price as well.

The staff were very friendly/ accommodating and personable. We got there few minutes before they closed up shop (whilst they were cleaning) and were more than happy to serve us without rushing us. They could have easily turned us away so they could leave on-time (top marks šŸ‘). We were informed this was a family run business with the ice cream being made on site (well few doors away in the factory). This was evident in the superior taste of the ice cream - that extra bit that you can taste when something is made with TLC that you won't find elsewhere in mass produced items. If I was being nit-picky, my son's milkshake was slightly runny rather than having the thick consistency we are used to but it was still nice and he enjoyed it.

Would recommend and definitely visit again. If you are visiting the Highlands and you have a sweet tooth (like me) then this should be on your list of...

Beware of the scamming staff!

My experience at this place was absolutely horrendous. The customer service was beyond unacceptable. The staff serving us repeatedly messed up our order. Initially, we assumed it might be due to a language barrier, but their subsequent actions revealed a much deeper issue— outright dishonesty and deceptive behaviour.

We order doughnuts under the "3 for £5" deal. This deal was visibly displayed on the glass panel. Despite this, we were charged the full amount for our order. When we pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member grabbed a wipe, erased the promotion from the glass panel, and adamantly denied any such deal existed. They also refused to take back the donuts or offer any apology.

This behavior was shocking and made us feel like dealing with scammers.

There was no accountability for their mistake, no effort to resolve the situation, and the entire experience left a sour taste.

Really an awful experience and advise to others to avoid this...

Very disappointed with our recent visit to Miele’s Gelateria in Inverness. My 13 year old brother had his order messed up not once, but twice, which was frustrating enough. But what really upset us was how he was treated afterwards.

While waiting patiently in line to pay, he was publicly accused of not intending to pay completely humiliating him in front of a shop full of people. He was clearly just a child, and the situation was handled with a complete lack of tact or understanding.

It’s really upsetting when a place that should be a treat ends up being an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience for a young boy. We expected better customer service and a little more care, especially towards children.

We are regulars here whenever we are in Inverness, however, will definitely not be coming back due to the...

First visit to this place today after hearing some recommendations off people. Have to say it lives up to the hype with a great selection of ice creams in a spotlessly clean shop with a great member of staff serving. There’s some of the usual flavours that you would find elsewhere but the main attractions are the novelty ones such as Skittles, Chocolate Orange, Cotton Candy and lots more I can’t even remember. You can get anything from 1 scoop in a variety of cones to a cool box with 12 to take home. Great place!

We thought the staff were super friendly and loved reading the story about how the gelateria began. There was no queue when we arrived (4:50pm on a rainy day). I’m super indecisive but the staff let me taste a few before ordering which I appreciated. We went with salted caramel, mango, pistachio and cookies & cream but unfortunately weren’t blown away with the flavors we ordered. The good thing is that it didn’t taste overly sweet or artificial, maybe worth trying some of their other flavors or menu items.

The good selection of ice cream and other sweets is a real highlight for an evening in Inverness. The multi-award winning gelateria deserves to be tried. The very friendly staff makes you feel at home. You are allowed to try the ice cream before you buy. (After trying it, you have no other choice anyway, as there is guaranteed to be something tasty in the selection that you can't resist) And if it's too cold for ice cream, you can also get warm Belgian waffles with various toppings or a hot coffee.
