Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

At 10:30am, Saturday morning, I tried to have tea and toast in the Morrisons Cafe. However, I tried three times going through the ordering terminal menu options, but no tea, yet teapots were in sight. 'Hot Drinks' only listed four coffee types. No-one on the till. So I gave up, left my car in Morrisons car park, and walked over to Costa Coffee. 'Tea and toast sir? Certainly'. A few minutes later, I was enjoying my tea and toast. Most of the items in the breakfast menu were unavailable. The floor was dirty. Most of the tables were with dirty plates and cups piled on. Nobody at the till. The coffee machine wasn't working. Not great considering it is 3pm and the restaurant is not even half full.

On the positive note, we ordered fish and chips and it was served 10mins after ordering. Cooked really well. The waitress was really nice too.

Outstanding staff except management. One of which thought I was a vagrant as I spent too much time there! Prices creeping up and menu choices worse. Market Street Cafe NOT going upmarket lol UPDATE FEB 2022 Ejected once AGAIN for overstaying in Cafe. BUT then 2nd time BEFORE MY BREAKFAST ARRIVED. The 2 bigots don't like the English.
