Food per se is good, it's the service that is poor.

I've been ordering from here for the past year and 9 times out of 10 orders arrive 30-40min late and if that isn't bad, they often forget something either a drink or a side. This means, they must come again and deliver it regardless, wasting time and petrol, food is still hot often times at least which is good. Sometimes we got a full refund on orders that were over 1h late when we specifically asked if it was busy and if it would be on time but still got the order delivered way late. That being said, I appreciate the effort but ultimately I can't say that the service is excellent.

They try to compensate it with their own vouchers to claim a free pizza with expiry date but you can only claim it by picking it up in house which is a bit of a joke because I'm rarely going to come to city centre to pick up my own pizza if I don't drive and I can't eat in-house. I'd suggest changing that to small free pizza claimable that can be delivered with your order if you want to implement something like that. We lost way too many free pizza hut slices because we were unaware you owe us those.

If it was about the staff in store, this review would be 5 stars. They've lost a star because their prices have rocketed and we just can't justify buying from them anymore. The in-store staff are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. My son doesn't like toppings or cheese, so for the past year or two, they've done him a special deal because he only has the dough and sauce. He loves his Friday night treat but today, when we went to order there was a big price increase and we've had to tell him, it's his last. He was obviously devastated because he really appreciated that they made his pizza especially for him every week. It's so sad that whoever does the pricing is so greedy. He has dough and some sauce and they've increased the price to £7.99. That's £7.99 for some dough and sauce? Anyway, the staff at Strothers Lane are amazing and I'll miss them. The people doing the pricing.......

Literally shocking. Ordered £35 worth of food on Monday, it never came, so phoned them, no answer, phoned multiple times, they finally picked up, said they hadn’t received the order, even though i’d had a confirmation email with an order number come through. They didn’t even ask to see the order number, put me on hold, then hung up. So we went in and were told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, hours after we’d ordered it. We said no and that we just wanted a refund. The woman was so unhelpful, told us to phone a number which just told us to email their customer service people. The money has been taken out of my account, got no food and have had absolutely no help to rectify this. Won’t be ordering from here ever again, and I will be back to get a refund, this is ridiculous....
