I'd been here last spring and was excited to come back this year. I used to think this was the coolest little shop in Perth. Not anymore. I did learn some lessons in customer service on my recent visit, however. If you want people to dislike your business, here are some tips:
Mop the floors at 15:30 and when someone opens the door to come in, have at least two employees stare at them, aghast in horror at the notion that they might actually want to walk on your floor. Forget about mopping floors after closing. That's nonsense.
If you don't have a cheese a customer enquires about, insult them by calling their fromage préféré "basically the cheddar of France."
Have a plate full of samples on the counter, but with no signage identifying them. They should enjoy guessing which of your many cheeses they are tasting. And when you notice a customer sampling - ignore them completely.
