Tudor Coffee House — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered an afternoon tea for my parents to be delivered to their home as a treat during lockdown. The tea arrived at lunchtime as agreed and what a feast of delights awaited them! 8 sandwiches made with brown and white bread - obviously freshly made, crammed with traditional fillings. 2 delicious sausage rolls with light, crispy, crumbly pastry. Both agreed were delicious. The scones arrived with wee separate pots of clotted cream and jam and the fresh cream cakes were in their words "to die for". From the initial contact with the tearoom - the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my treat for my parents went well. I would most definitely recommend The Tudor Coffee House afternoon tea to anyone. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of ingredients and such good value for money. I paid extra for delivery but that wasnt an issue. It was snowing that day but delivery arrived on time. Definitely will be back just even to have a coffee and cake - keep up...

If you’re looking for the most amazing afternoon tea, then here is where you will find it ☺️ I came in with my mum as a treat for her birthday and I had asked if a window table would be possible which the staff said they couldn’t guarantee (understandable as they are so popular!) but what a lovely surprise when we came in and saw that they had reserved it for us☺️ The staff were so lovely and welcoming and the afternoon tea…well, it was just delicious and really great value for money ☺️ Beautifully presented and such a selection - loads of sandwiches and delicious cakes and we were lucky enough to have timed it that we got a scone straight from the oven which was yum! We had to take some away with us as there was some left over but my dad and husband were more than happy to help eat it! The Tudor Coffee House has in my opinion been the best tea room in Strathaven for the last couple of years. The staff are always helpful and willing to give you the best of attention. The food is excellent and great value for money, with particular reference to the range of cakes and biscuits, which according to the staff are calorie free. If you are visiting or just passing Strathaven the Tudor is well worth visiting. The Tudor has just been awarded best small business in Strathaven and it's up for another award what more can you say about this small coffee house it's still the best...
