Whipp & waffle — Restaurant in Scotland

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Walked in with my wee boy. Made eye contact with both girls working. Was completely ignored. Another customer walked in, was served before us and the girl then walked away from the til again. Had to say excuse me and ask to order. Simple vanilla cone. The girl asked me to repeat my order twice. Then handed me the ice cream. I asked for a napkin as it was for my 4 year old son and was told they don't have napkins. £3.40 for a basic ice cream and I couldn't even get a napkin?! 2 very young girls appeared to be "in charge".
