Fantastic place. Went there for something to eat while traveling somewhere as it was one of very few dog friendly places in Ayr. They had actually just turned kitchen off but they put everything back on and cooked for us, there were 4 of us. Food was lovely and excellent value for money and both the staff particularly the barmaid were so welcoming and friendly. Gutted this can't be our local but will definitely return next time we're in Ayr. Just what Britain needs more of..good old traditional pubs with staff who don't treat you like...
Read moreI dropped by here on a roadtrip (we spent the night in Ayr, don't worry!) We were there a little early on a weeknight so it was very quiet, just us and another group at the bar. However the decor and vibe were amazing!! I'm so glad we randomly stopped in. The vibe was great and the drinks were fantastic. I love the old speakeasy type decor. I could easily see myself spending some more time here if we stayed longer! It's definitely worth checking out!
