Love it here! I probably pop in here more often than I should, and if I don't pop in I often order on Deliveroo. The food is great though, and I like the new additions to the menu. Also a big fan of the bannofee pancakes and the bagels. My only suggestions for improvements would be to update the soup and cake of the day more regularly (although I'm not 100% that these change daily, I always check the FB page either way), and they could really do with new packaging for takeaway soup. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean everywhere (even the toilet area had been given top notch attention). Atmosphere relaxed but efficient and attentive staff. Drink/food orders taken in a timely manner and served quickly. Attention given to every table of visitors without people waiting unnecessarily. Food freshly prepared and of excellent quality.....be warned, hot drinks and hot food are HOT (temperature wise)....and delicious. Noone was rushed to finish their meal or drinks. Lovely venue just off Lord Street, Southport. Lunch time menu, good choice. Also good for afternoon tea. Everything reasonably priced. Very helpful and friendly staff. With the warmer weather on the way, the outdoor tables are an obvious attraction especially sitting in what looks like a sun trap! If you want to add a tip for the lovely service provided, it has to be in cash as their pay machine cannot add tips. We were unfotunately caught out by this today. However, we will certainly remember the next time...
