Before I started please read the other negative reviews to prove my point as the restaurant has accused me of lying.

Visited last Saturday. We preordered as there was a large group of us. I never even got my food. They didn’t understand what I meant on my preorder so didn’t think to come and ask me to clarify what I meant but instead they just didn’t cook me anything. Then wanted to cook me something after I’d complained but I had been sat there for 2 hours whilst everyone else was eating. They wanted to cook me something at 9pm when I was leaving shortly after. Other people’s food was undercooked or not prepared well enough. The service was very very slow. Arrived at 7pm, didn’t get the starters till 8pm and people didn’t get their mains until 20:45. I have since emailed the restaurant twice to complain instead of arguing over a Google review but I have had no response. Unprofessional and do not take accountability and respond to complaints like a business should. I will not be coming back.

The fact they have accused me of lying is absolutely diabolical. I never even wanted free food🤣 I have already stated that I won’t be coming back so why I would I write a review to try and get free food . I didn’t accept any food off them in end as I was so annoyed. The fact they would rather argue over Google instead of replying to my email is honestly such awful behaviour from a restaurant . I have written this review to make people aware. I myself never even complained about the prawns. I complained about never getting my preordered meal which I have a right to be annoyed about. Very very disappointed to come here and even try the food. I have never sat in a restaurant for 20 minutes and not had a drink ordered. My partner who I took was pregnant and to be sat there for 20 minutes without even having a drink ordered, is just outrageous! The guy apologised and said he had forgotten about us. Ordered our drinks and food. Drinks arrived 10 minutes later. Then the next problem came, we waited 50 minutes, and still no starters, people who arrived after us had been served their mains! Are you telling me he can not see us, walking past with our table empty! I then pointed to the table, he came over and apologised and said that they had misplaced our ticket order! Very terrible service. They gave us our drinks for free, which was non alcoholic by the way! As we was walking out, they brought us our starters, which we refused to eat as we had already had enough. 1hour 30 wasted of my evening and a malnourished pregnant wife to be. Been here a couple times so far (yes we will 1000% be returning!)

My husband and I first came for part of date night about 3 months back. We were amazed at how beautiful the place is and at how lovely, friendly and welcoming all the staff are! We loved it that much that we sang the restaurants praises too our family and ended up having my Mums 60th birthday here last weekend!

Cannot fault anything! We were amazed how accommodating they were for the birthday party. From letting myself & my husband pop in earlier (before opening) to put up some banners/balloons/table confetti and to drop the Birthday cake off. To having more and more drinks orders left right and centre!

That atmosphere is fab, the prices are reasonable for both food and drink. Everyone said the food was absolutely delicious!

I hope we weren't too much of a pain and rowdy for you guys! We honestly can't thank you enough for such fantastic hospitality and a wonderful afternoon.

The family have already agreed we'll 1000% coming back for more! Best Italian we have found in Sheffield.
