Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sheffield

I love a Costa however this time I visited my order was 'lost' not sure how or where but I ended up waiting over half a hour just for my coffee. I ordered a caramel latte with soya milk. I finally got the 'coffee' went back to my car only to take a sip and realise that there was no coffee in it! Just milk & caramel sauce 🤢 I had already left at this point and was in a rush to get to work so I'll not be returning to this branch. Not sure how you can forget to put coffee...

What can I say? It's costa, great coffee.. sadly this costa being in meadwhall is very slow never any seats andnu wait forever to be served and not often with a smile either.. I tend to avoid this costa when shopping there as u seem to wait a long time to be served, they could do with more staff or the ones they have working faster last time I was there they spent more time chatting to one another than serving.. but all the same...

Tried to order 3 drinks eventually order taken then money demanded. Price £10.80, gave person £10 pound note, opening up coin purse to get £1.00 coin out when I get reminded of price and hand held out for coin,this was done a further 2 times. I will not be returning to this branch of Costa. There was 1 person behind me, and 3 members of staff so in my opinion there was no need for staff member to continually...
