Greggs — Restaurant in Sheffield

So I went here to get the usual, chicken mayo wrap. The food was okay I guess and I always come here. However, I usually get two dips and nobody who works there has ever said anything about me having two dips with my wedges- as I want to add some extra sauce on the wrap. I was told I couldn’t have two sauces and that’s a company policy. So I said ok I will buy the dip, which he said I can only have a selection of 3. Again. None of them was what I wanted as they were pizza dips. So I said just give me a the dip and I’ll pay for the dip but give me an extra mayo to which again he replied he can’t because of stock counting… does Greg’s really sit after every shift and count how many dips are left 🤣 or do they count how many dips they give. Ridiculous. All over an extra dip?! I couldn’t believe how stupid they could have gotten over one dip 🤣 AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT...

Usually these guys are amazing but i have now been put off leaving my house in the morning to come here to collect and just get ignored i only wanna squeeze few jobs in before school run but today was not like the usual amazing communication I know your short staffed but it's not fair on driver not knowing if he's coming or going he or she needs to know i so nearly cancelled and walked out then thought wait on I've come all this way let me say excuse me can somebody tell me what's happening with the order even when i delivered the guy said he always gets told by uber drivers are not available so why don't you look after the ones who actually come out to you i really don't think i will be coming and wasting my time here before the school run again as i don't want no drama just do my job and get paid without being ignored like a...

Over priced and poor food. I've just bought a chicken and stuffing hot baguette from here. £4.15 and that's not even with a drink included! I got home and found that there was only 5 tiny pieces of chicken inside the sandwich! They were thin slithers too and when spread out evenly they were barely even noticeable. I know there's a cost of living crisis but £4.15 for this is daylight robbery. All I could taste was bread. I should've gone to Tesco for a meal deal instead. I don't usually eat from Greggs anyway and on this experience I won't be going back. At least the staff were friendly and potato wedges were tasty, hence the 2 stars...
