Grill And Go — Restaurant in Sheffield

We have been buying lunch at the student union for years since studying and working at the university. The food at Grill and Go is usually acceptable but the service is unbelievably bad due to the female staff who serves at the step one point when ordering. She never smiles and tbh is rather rude to customers. She is not patient to explain how the ordering works. It really puts me off so I don't buy food there anymore. I been buying burritos since 3 years ago and I love them!! But a few months ago they change some of the staff and they are very rude specially an Asian girl she says she can't put 3 sauces in my burrito because then she can't roll it which makes absolutely no sense to me because I always ask the same and never noone gave me such a silly excuse. And is only her and also she rolled me the eyes and prepare my food in a very baaad manner I think she shouldn't be working on service.
