I have been a few times for random events which have been good and the staff are very friendly, however the food has been average. Most recently I went for afternoon tea, everything was fine, the food was good (not the best) but fine for the price. But what really bugged me, I don't like normal tea or coffee so I asked a fruit tea instead, which for most places is not a problem, but at inox I had to pay extra! I feel this does not cost any more than normal tea so should be an option. People who don't like tea or coffee have to pay the same price for the afternoon tea but have no drink? Read moreI booked a table for 11 of us at 12.30 and disappointed that it took till 13.30 to see any sign of a starter and even they came out with long gaps in between. The 2 people who ordered soup had to return them as too salty. After an interval the soups were returned but unfortunately they had to leave them as tasteless. Overall the rest of the food okay but not a patch on two previous visits. Also as we appeared to be the only group dining apart from one other couple, why were a group allowed to set up a camera to film on the table next to us .No explanation was given even though their tripod was set up right next to one of our diners. They were very flexible with helping us sort everything we wanted and also with providing a delicious hot fork buffet menu too. The staff were all super helpful and friendly especially Hannah who is the wedding coordinator and helped organise everything with us. I only have one gripe and that's that the kitchen staff threw away our wedding cake topper which was a little thoughtless but other than that everything was spot on and would definitely recommend for a wedding reception or other parties...
