My Chicken Express — Restaurant in Sheffield

If I could leave minus stars, I absolutely would. Under 'Specials' I selected the original fully loaded box, had no ingredients under 'Mountain Burger' so didn't know it had cheese. When I called up because we are lactose intolerant and couldn't eat the food, they refused to send out something we could eat. Even though we hadn't touched it. I spoke to the manager Hassan, and was dealt with in an UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL manner. HE HUNG UP ON ME HALFWAY THROUGH MY COMPLAINT because he didn't want to deal with it. The corn that we could eat tasted Old and dried up!!! The chips were also hard and disgusting. Overall; AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be telling everyone I know...

Absolutely shocking. Ordered tonight, took over an hour, took 5 minutes for them to answer the phone and when I called back to complain AFTER receiving the food, when I said my address they told me food had just left for delivery before I could speak. Chips cold, chicken luke warm. I'm 10 minutes from this place. Chips and cheese was only half a portion and rock hard. Lettuce on burger is clearly old. Unbelievably bad. Was told they could do nothing as no manager in and they would 'look after me next time'. Most of its gone in the bin to be honest. There won't be a next time. Worst chicken place I've ever used. Would give 0 stars...

Chicken EXPRESS?!! No, not much of an Express! I ordered chicken burger with fries and ice cream and I got a call afterwards to tell me they don't have ice cream! Why not update YOUR website then that you are out of ice cream! It's your website! When I rang 50 minutes later to ask where my order is they said it will be with me in 5/10 minutes, then when I rang again after 10 minutes they said they are jut about to leave!! Huh?! Why did you tell me then earlier that it will be with me in 5/10 minutes?!! The order took over an hour! It's fast food and it is meant to be EXPRESS!!! Not happy and...
