Khyber Diner — Restaurant in Sheffield

Absolutely vile place. With the amount of good takeaways in Sheffield why this one has any customers left is beyond me. Can’t even read an order on a screen and get it right or get my number right to call me and let me know they was out of stock on one of the main items I wanted! . The Guy who served me had think black dirt under his grotty nails. Scruffy place what looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. On the other hand if you’re looking for a great way of throwing a sicky at work this is the place for you! Food poisoning central. Don’t know what’s worse seeing a huge rat on the way out feasting on a chicken leg or the workers hygiene and customer service skills. Will be contacting environmental health so prepare for a visit. Keep your £25 you lot clearly deserve it so treat yourself to a decent shower at my expense. The Food was fit for the bin so left it in the premises where the resident rats can feast on it. Had the absolute cheek to ask for the Pepsi can which I didn’t bring back with me as I thought all they’d have to do is give me rice and I’d be on my merry little way. So I went to buy some burgers and there’s no queue or anything everyone is just spread out and I waited like 15 mins to just order after that I went to order and the cashier was acting very bad I don’t understand the reason but after I ordered it there’s no receipt no order number or anything I thought that they have a screen showing order numbers or at least a order number so they can shout after your order is finished but I was wrong. Also the cashier said wait 5 minutes for your food then I waited like 20 minutes I was the last person remaining on there I asked them where’s my order and they said who are you? Have you paid? What did you order? I said I ordered burgers and I paid and he said who did you pay to? I said he went to the backrooms then he just went ignoring me and when that man come in he asked him if I paid and what I ordered then they gave me my order. Terrible service, They speak so quietly can’t even hear what there saying, Waiting long to order I understand that there’s other people too but there’s not a place to queue up everyone is...

Ordered through Uber Eats and placed an order for Grilled fish, 7 Chicken Strips meal, Half Peri peri, Chicken Zizzler and large heesey fries. Cheesy fries were never recieved and sauces chosen with each meal were covered not exactly how I expected as thought these would be individual pots as with most places but no sauces were squirted all over food. As there was no option to order rice as an extra requested for this to be added this clearly confused the resturante as we ended up with large cheesy fries missing and some food with wedges and fries and others with just rice. Overall had the sauces not been squirted all over the food spoiling it the food am sure would have hopefully been nice yet had to throw most of it away as yhe smothering ruined the food and just was unable to enjoy anything so a waste of money. My advice order with no sauce and buy individually maybe it will come seperate this will cost extra and if the resturante has any sense they will put an option for rice to make this clear for them to understand...
