I love a good English breakfast in a great café, and Sarni's ticked all the boxes for me. Whilst in Sheffield for a weekend away with my girlfriend we found Sarni's, tucked away down a narrow ginnel, and what a superb find. The ladies serving us couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, patiently waiting and helping us chop and change our order to suit our requests. The food came quickly and it was fantastic, the best English breakfast I've had in a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection and for £7.95 (extra £1 for black pudding), I couldn't have been happier. My only disappointment is that I live in Manchester and not Sheffield so don't know when I can get back! Thanks Sarni's, it was a pleasure to eat with you.

Passing today I thought I'd stop for breakfast. I went with the "biggie" which is supposed to be a large breakfast for £9.99 To be honest I was disappointed. The quality of food itself was good, and what you'd expect from a backstreet cafe, but the portion sizes are small amd a big let down! 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 1 egg, beans and 2 slices of toast & a cup of tea. No hash brown, no mushroom, no fried bread. Granted i should've paid more attention to the menu board when ordering, but when you order a breakfast labeled "biggie" you expect it to be big.. The staff themselves was nice enough and the cafe appeared clean. Would i come again, being honest, im not sure, I left rather disappointed rather than full.

Order from here quiet often and has been lovely food however we ordered on Saturday and bought 5 breakfast sandwiches, asked for runny eggs on all 5 sandwiches and they came hard, one of the sandwiches was bacon and there was 2 rashers looked like they had been thrown on the breadcake, there was more breadcake than there was bacon and then to top it off my daughter had a cup of tea from yourselves and when she went to have a drink from the cup the red hot tea spilled out and soaked her tshirt causing her to burn herself, whoever had made the tea in the shop hadn't put the lid on the...
