I so wanted to like this place. The rates are good, the parking is the cheapest I've found in the city, and it's super convenient to my place of work. It's reasonably fancy to look at if "bling" is to your taste - alhough the dressers, wardrobe, and night stands let it down a little by being flat pack out of the 1970s with loose knobs. The kitchen itself is excellent and has everything you'd want but neither the stone hard sofa, marble coffee table, nor round marble dinner table are pleasant to work with your laptop on. A solid desk instead of a table is probably an idea... They say the place has WiFi, but they make zero effort to give you the password. I suppose I could ask though in fairness? The bed is beyond firm and I slept well enough, but why in the world does it not have a *fitted* sheet? You'll end up on the unpleasant mattress cover if you move in the night like I do. In the bathroom, which is really nice to look at, the shower *should* be awesome, but mine had super low hot water pressure and would turn cold at random intervals. And finally, it doesn't have black-out curtains so the morning light can certainly wake you up at an awful hour. I could have forgiven all of that as the price is so low, but the place commits an unforgivable sin: there was no ironing board nor iron in my room - this making the place useless for business travel.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The place is clean. You will be provided with fresh towels, coffee and other requirements regularly. The bedroom is beautiful with a big window. Living room is a bit small but not too bad. All facilities are included which makes it one of the good places to book through Airbnb.

This place is crawling with cockroaches the stench of spiced food wreaks throughout the whole building, the place is frequented by druggies and the whole area isn’t safe to venture out at night

My friend and I stayed for 6 nights. We originally booked a studio apartment. When we arrived at the hotel, we was greeted by a friendly gentleman on reception who checked us in and showed us to our room. The pictures for this hotel are a little deceiving as the rooms are not as spacious as the pictures will have you believe. That been said, the place was spotless. We decided to ask how much it would be to upgrade to a one bedroom apartment to give us a little more space as we were staying for more than a couple of nights. The friendly gentleman at reception was only too happy to help with our request and we were moved to another apartment. The one bed apartment was much better as it gave us a little more space. Again this apartment was spotless and came equipped with everything needed to cook meals and also had a washing machine. The car park is very tight and covered in litter and so we decided to park at the near by NCP, however when we explained to reception that we were apprehensive about leaving the car in their car park, we was told we could park it in the small underground car park they have which is a lot more secure which was much better. ||All the staff are friendly and willing to help assist in any way they can. The only negative thing I can say, is that the beds are extremely firm (which some people prefer) so wasn’t the most comfortable sleep for me. It can also get a little noisy at night but that is to be expected when staying in the town centre and close to student accommodation. However, the location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all the shops and bars so didn’t bother us. ||All in all a...

This one of the most affordable places we could find at the last minute to stay in Sheffield for one night. Because it was so busy we didn't have much choice but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and saw the value we were getting for our money.||We stayed in the 1 bed apartment which was very well equipped. Firstly, the apartment was very clean including all the cutlery, glasses, cups, plates etc. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 people although the bathroom and the bedroom were quite small, which didn't matter to us as we spent all of our time in the apartment in the lounge/kitchen area.||If visiting Sheffield again I would definitely stay here, it was nice to be able to kick back and have a drink in the luxury of an apartment as opposed to squeezing into a hotel room.||||On arrival, there was nobody at reception. We tried to phone the hotel, and didn't even hear the phone ring so we questioned whether we were in the correct place or not. After about 5 or 10 minutes someone appeared and thankfully they were very friendly and made our check in experience hassle free.||The only other complaint we had was the shower, as tempting and amazing as it looked it was awfully confusing to use. On certain settings we could only figure out how to get cold water and on other settings we could only get boiling water. There didn't seem to be any in between. This meant that you either had a very cold shower with decent pressure or a boiling hot shower with a trickle of water...
