Scotts Pantry — Restaurant in Sheffield

I had a large BEST (bacon, egg, sausage and tinned tomatoes) with brown sauce and a cornflake tart. This came up to £7.40

The breadcake was lovely, fresh and soft, bacon egg and tomatoes were very nice, I will have to mark it down for the sausage though, I feel it was a low quality sausage, i have to be honest, but overall, quite a nice sandwich and filling. Perhaps the price was a little steep but probably in line with everything else these days. A runny egg could have improved it but I didn't ask for a runny egg, so that's on me. I would buy a bacon egg and tomato again (just minus the sausage) (and I'd ask for a runny egg) 8.2/10.

The cornflake tart was amazing! The only thing that could have made that any better was some hot custard, unsure if this was an option but I'd definitely get one of them again! 9.4/10.

Sorry no photos I was too busy devouring it all! I would recommend Scott's Pantry and I will be re-visiting myself.

Been here a quite a lot in the past but the last two times I have been here it has took 25 minutes or more after I have ordered it to get my sandwich which is only a basic hot sandwich. On the last occasion the woman behind the counter told me they must have called it out and someone else had took it which they didn't as I was listening and watching and they didn't bring my sandwich out. I came in today for a sausage, brie and cranberry sandwich. I have to say that as a loyal customer, you have now lost me. The sausage was raw still and the bread was soggy. As a result of this, I am now feeling ill and sick. All the students need to learn how to cook meat at this establishment as it appears that the two older women who work here are the only two saving graces of this shop. P.S. when a customer asks for the bread to be ‘toasted’ I expect both sides to be toasted and not one side being soggy. SCOTTS...
