This place has turned into an absolute joke. The queue times are ridiculous and half the time there is only 2 people on, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Now they have changed their opening times and if you are seeing a movie after 7.30 you can't get a coffee now. Came with my little boy for a nice cappuccino and babycino. Well I say nice, the service was appalling, there was no smile on any of the 3 girls that were serving and when I said my drink was cold, 1 of the Batista's said to the other "apparently it's cold".
