Asked for a particular sandwich that I’ve had for the past 15 years and the staff made out it was only made on a panini not on Italian herbs and cheese, which is funny because it’s literally pictured online as a sandwich not a panini. Both staff on the counter was really rude trying to belittle me saying they’ve never made that sandwich which is funny because every other store in the uk has never had an issue even stores abroad have never had an issue making a simple sandwich.
