I ordered choc fudge cake and apple crumble. Plus two water bottles. Delivered in one small bag where the two glass bottles were placed on the hot pudding boxes. When I opened the bag, one box had squashed because of the weight of the glass bottles. I didn't expect the custard to be in a cardboard box. It did not look appetising, instead it looked unhygienic as if somebody had taken a bite. When I called the restaurant, they made excuses that it was the delivery guys fault - well he wasn't the one who placed two heavy water glass bottles on two fragile boxes that contained custard! The bag was sealed so the way it was packed was Treatz responsibility. When asked why the glass bottles were not placed in a different bag (common sense), he said that bottles wwr placed correctly on the side...the bag was small, they obviously placed on top of the dessert boxes as there was no room on the sides to fit them. Also, he said that it was normal to put custard in a box! Usually I find most dessert places will place the ice cream or custard in a separate container to the actual dessert, not mixed in a cardboard box, especially if it's a delivery. He then said we don't get any complaints....sure you don't because clearly you didn't know how to handle or accept your fault. Not helpful at all, just making pathetic excuses on my every point. And then he went on saying, next time we can sort something - well there wont be a next time for me. I am done with Treatz...over priced and I could even get a full cheesecake from Sainsburys for £3 whereas Treatz serves a slice for £3 and tastes exactly the same!!! Rip off! If the quality/packaging was good then I can understand but it was very disappointing. The dessert was wasted along with my money. Thanks for nothing!

Been here twice, both experiences were so disappointing it's outrageous. Rule number one is a dessert place needs to look really presentable and colourful - unfortunately Treatz Slough looks so dead compared the Creams just further down the High St.. they really need to work on the interior decoration to amp it up. The two times we visited they closed off upstairs (not sure why) and we had to sit downstairs, table 3 practically had takeaway boxes that no one else could sit there, you could see customers queuing to get a seat. Rule two, dessert presentation - the food presentation is worse, the whole point for indulgent desserts like these is the appearance and how mouth watering it should look, those who run this place doesn't realise it. The portion sizes and dryness was another issue - for waffles it was so less for the price I was shocked, and the waffles was burnt a bit on the side. The cookie dough portion size was even worse and the presentation was awful - they really need to take a lesson from other popular chains such as Kaspas and Creams on dessert presentation. Even the staff seem really not into the job, good customer service goes miles, not pleasant at all like they didn't even want to be there. Certainly will not recommend to anyone at all!!! If you are looking for a nice dessert place, do yourself a favour and visit Creams further down the High St, or if you have a Kaspas nearby that you are willing to travel to, that will be perfect!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We were made to wait outside in the cold weather whilst tables were available. The place is understaffed and the staff is miserable. Tables are available but no one to clean them. When I approached one of the gentlemen who appeared as though he was managing the floor, I was taken back by his response. He was not the least bit concerned about having us waiting in the cold weather. No one at the main door to explain or apologise for the wait. Other customers were also stood waiting and sounded disappointed. Even the delivery drivers were repeatedly asking to collect orders for customers (possibly UberEats drivers). Never known anything like it. I travelled a fair distance with the family to enjoy an evening out. The food took absolutely ages to arrive. Not a single table had been served. I looked around and all the tables were empty with noise through the roof. To their credit the food is nice. My family were really looking forward to a nice dessert. It's just a shame about the customer service.

Today me, my pregnant sister and our 2 small children decided to treat ourselves with something sweet. After our friend recommendation we've decided to go to "Treatz" in Slough and that was the worst decision ever. Queue was very long, but we've waited patiently. We truly hoped that in the end food will be totally worth it. After payment we was told to sit upstairs (table number 9) what we did. We've ordered 2 bottles of coke, 1 portion of American Pancakes with toppings, 1 Belgian Waffle with toppings and Sundae. After 38 minutes waiting I've decided to check on our desserts. Co-worker which spoke with me was totally confused. One of them was arguing with me that I am waiting 20 minutes, which was wrong as I've had receipt in my hand to prove it. After showing him my receipt he get quiet and another co-worker said it will take another 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes waiting, when our children was truly loosing their patience my pregnant sister decided to check on our desserts again. By this point our drinks haven't arrived neither. That was ridiculous. Our 3 deserts finally arrived after over 45 minutes waiting. Cokes still nowhere to be found so my sister reminded waiter that we've ordered 2 bottles of coke as well. He said he is going to get them for us but he never did as after another 7-8 minutes waiting my 8 months pregnant sister brought them upstairs herself. What can I say about Treatz? Extremely poor customer service skills. Co-workers clearly have no idea how to hundle complaints or work under pressure. Social distance doesn't exist there neither. None of the co-workers is wearing face protection or keeping social distance. None of the managers or team leaders seems to be interested to solve problems and complaints. I truly believe that almost 50 minutes wait for 3 desserts and even more than that for 2 bottles of coke is absolutely ridiculous. In the end I've asked member of staff who I can contact to complain and I was told "I am not sure" which was shocking. That's basic knowledge to every co-worker which just shows you total lack of training. Members of staff are clueless not only about basic customer service skills but also about health and safety during pandemic. Absolutely shocking! Shame...

Bad service and poor quality staff! Visited here on a Saturday with my family, knowing it'd be a bit busy because of a weekend. Ordered six desserts and we asked for takeaway but one member of staff brought two of our six desserts in a plate for eat in! Reciept clearly said TAKE OUT in caps lock at the bottom of the receipt. Plus, the same guy also got someone else's orders wrong on a different table nearby, having almost given the wrong desserts to another table. Three different staff members came to us asking about our order and even after we explained it was meant for take away, we kept getting parts of the order like part of our order was cookie doughs. We got the cookie dough but not the accompanying ice creams and we had to wait 20 minutes just for these! It's frustrating because my family and I regularly come to this branch of Treatz and there's never been a problem before, not to this kind of level so for this to happen, I was disappointed a lot. On top of that, one of the staff members argued that this partially happened because they were busy (which they weren't majorly) and then proceeded to say that because we were waiting upstairs, they thought we were eating in. Again, the reciept clearly said take out in caps lock so how they got this wrong, I've no idea. We then explained that we waited upstairs to avoid a huge crowd downstairs (because we were a party of 12) and to avoid people getting mixed up in queues hence why we waited upstairs and my dad had mentioned this to the staff when he ordered the desserts so it wasn't like the staff were unaware because they were aware that we weren't staying for a long time. One staff member was helpful (didn't get his name but he was a curly haired male) and he did his best to sort out the problem but the two staff members before him who came to see our order were clueless and didn't know what they were doing. Again, disappointed with this service. Next time, I'll just order in with Uber eats. But a word of advice: don't eat in or do take out, especially with a large party. You'll only be waiting for an hour for nothing. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the...

The best service i could ever get, Sharp management well timed despite how busy they were.

I went with my family of 16 to treatz in slough, saw a very long que and was wondering why there was so many people waiting for treatz and no ques anywhere else in the highstreet was as long as there’s... in fact creams closed at 10 as they couldn’t handle the pressure but hats off to Treatz staff still riding through customer regardless of the pressure they had.

Before joining the que i asked the gentlemen at the front of the store if it’s worth the wait and his response was we sell the best desert in town and it will be worth the wait.. he also assured that we will be seated which excellent! i felt so welcomed by the gentlemen that actually went a joined the que.

Eventually i made it to the front.. wait time wasn’t too bad compared to how busy they were aswell as them taking the social distancing measures to keep everyone safe (loves the community service side aswell)

He followed track and trace measures and took out details , i even questioned him as joke on why they were doing and he was so spot on he explained the reason why and felt comfortable giving my details to him. Then he allocated us 2 tables side by side with max of 6 people per table and advised us not to move around between the tables due to covid19 pandemic which was very professional of them and loved the care (sanitized and ready).

We was also advised to order at the till as soon as so they can get through orders and let other customers in, honestly tables were getting cleaned as soon as customers were leaving.

we received our order with long 25mins which was exactly the wait time , i was surprised as steakout took 1hour and they weren’t even that busy...

Best thing was the manager was every where keeping an eye on everything aswell keeping it in control, i caught his name on the wait as we greeted on the way out with a thank you which made my day..

Thanks Raz and treatz team see you guys next monday or tuesday!

Ps: wife and kids favourite dessert! (once a...
