Ohh finally I found the best & tasty Indian food in Slough . I very much loved the taste of the dishes I ordered . You'll find all the yummy dishes for reasonable price. They do home delivery or you can order on phone & collect it . Eating in there is more better I feel, bcos you get hot hot n fresh dishes to eat, which I enjoyed alot . I couldn't find a parking place near it ... May be there is , but We didn't go to check since we went walking. It opens at 10am in the morning. I would suggest this place if you r craving for some Indian dishes in Slough. We had schezwan vada pav, sev Puri, masala tea, pav bhaji & idli sambhar , & ordered some for takeaway. Had a lovely breakfast 😋 Omkar was very good at service , he gave us some suggestions to try something new. Loved his kind nature , very smiling n welcoming person.

We usually prefer SKVP for Maharashtrian street food. Solihull and Hounslow branches are really very good to try for. We were expecting same food quality from Slough branch too but completely disappointed. We had ordered wada pav, samosa, misal, meduwada, french fries etc. French fries were packed so funny way that my little kid called it potato snails ( imagine how soggy it was). Meduwada was not a little close to meduwada. Sambar was of good taste though. Samosas were so over fried that I had to separate out two sides of it. SKVP really has good taste so I was very surprised at this experience. SKVP team, if you read this review please do something to make Slough better place like other branches, we love your food.

We had vada pav, pav bhaji, parota with paneer makhani, chinese bhel, and the buffet breakfast which included poha, sabudana kichadi, vada pav, idli and vada, last but not least masala tea. Not expensive and very tasty. A very recommended place for those who miss the mumbai ambiance. It's a small place but do not underestimate the taste that you get. The quantity is good as well. They sell chakli, kachori mix and some other package food as well. You can also get kulfi (we had mango and kesar pista) if you have a sweet tooth. I hope this franchise will open in wales some day soon.

I really did not want to share this review for this nice Indian eatery. But the situation demands me to do it. I am a regular customer to this eatery and have ordered multiple times from here. I always had a wonderful delicious food from here. But when I placed my order on 28th December 2021 for a takeaway, the new person who joined this eatery gave me 2 curry's instead of the 3 curry's as part of the ANY 3 CURRY DEAL. When I called them the next day morning and spoke to their manager, they politely accepted their mistake and obliged to provide us the same ANY 3 CURRY DEAL free next time when we place an order. We placed an order again on 30th December 2021 for dinner and called them to add the ANY 3 CURRY DEAL for free. The person on the phone was rude and was talking as if we were demanding it for free and said that they only have 3 CURRY's available from the overall list of CURRY's. We still said that we are ok with the ones available. But when the order got delivered, the chapathis provided along with the CURRY was so hard and anyone can say that it was prepared fresh. It was prepared long back and heated in the microwave. Is this something that we expect for a mistake from their end and they themselves agreeing to provide the same dish for free along with the next order? This has never happened to me at SKVP Slough being a...

As an adherent fan of SKVP ( now say else while’) and had been a fervent ‘Mumbaite’ and someone who does dine out more than an average, I feel sad to say the standards (authenticity) keep failing very often in my experience. This enterprise was all over authentic street food and had the freshness and authentic chat’ ( thikapan as we know). The dishes we had today and few times previously were mere mix of ‘farsan’ which could easily picked up from most Indian stores. It tasted too liquids ( a dish that could be dry to semi dry) and was so sour, thikapan as I asked them. Except a very few bits of onion there was no freshness. Quite disappointing. Only worth visiting is to pick packages food - sweet and sour. Honestly, these are available many Indian stores so why visit to pay premium prices. I hope the place understand the specific clients taste they original ‘wanted’ to serve! There any many enterprises coming up in the area so I would be upset too long 😊 Thanks for understanding …...
