The food : Decent food which was as ordered and took 15 mins to prepare. They warned beforehand though. Don’t dare ask for a bag to protect your car from the greasy pizza boxes and chip bag; You’ll get a mini TED talk on how Pizzas are supposed to be kept flat. I’m still pondering what the hell that had to do with my request, but the thorough unblinking mansplaining I was subjected to rendered me speechless and asking too many further questions. Possibly the weirdest moment in pizza history! I left without a bag. The car can get valeted.

The service : Expect service to be blunt and devoid of any pleasantry. You’ll feel that you are a mild annoyance and unworthy of eye contact, thanks or respect. The customer before me had the temerity to ask for additional chips with her order. The icy glare and uncomfortable silence that followed rendered half of Dartmouths locals instantly paralysed!! Vinos Pizza is very good most of the time but not always, we have found that some evenings we order, it is exceptionally good but others, not so, I don't know if they have different cooks on different evenings but sometimes we have been disappointed and it can be very greasy and salty, and other times it has been cooked to perfection and is a fantastic meal. Their salad is very good and their kebab meat is always good and they do give you a very good portion. Once again, sometimes their chips are amazing, and other times, they can all be overcooked and hard, and very greasy, also you must tell them not to salt them, otherwise they put far too much on. Food delivery in Dartmouth is a bit sparse, and I think they must get quite busy, and maybe this effects how the food is sometimes. They are always extremely friendly and delivery is very quick. Phoned them and asked if we could have food delivered for 10pm and they said yeah that's perfectly fine we then told them that we would ord online so when I oderd I put in a special request for it to be delivered for 10 as they said was okay then they delivered it at 9.30 and we said no as the driver gave us the option then revived a horibal phone call where they said you will be send cold food as we are not cooking again and then hung up the phone and sent it strait back not happy they point blank told me I didn't call them and told me I was lying not happy at all won't even bother to have any descent...
