During a recent visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Amy, whose outstanding service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and genuine care made the meal truly memorable.

The safety of my friend was dangerously compromised after serving him an allergen. Measures should be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else as the consequences could be more serious. To top it off the waitress shouted at my friend after the incident in a horrible tone.
I attended this restaurant with two friends - one is allergic to egg and milk - we made this very clear to the member of staff in a polite manner.
Despite my friends allergies, the burger still came with mayonnaise on its base (this could have killed him).
We very politely notified the waitress and she incorrectly said the mayo didn’t contain egg and milk. She then returned 10 minutes later with a new burger after finding out from the kitchen that it did.
My friend (who is very shy and quiet) then politely left the table to ask if the burger would be refunded - this was met by a horrible and rude response saying that it was extremely rude to ask and it was already removed (if this had been clarified by her beforehand then it wouldn’t have been asked).
This embarrassed my friend in front of the already fairly empty restaurant and quite simply spoiled the meal and our day. Following this the waitress slammed the bill on our table as we were still eating our food.
The restaurant needs to tighten its allergy policies before someone gets hurt and also train it’s staff properly regarding how they should talk to paying (and polite) customers after such a serious error had been made on their part.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone not wanting their week to be ruined by horrible service.

As someone who works in a customer facing role, I would never dream of speaking to people the way the three women working here tonight did. We booked a table for 9:30pm to celebrate my friend’s 22nd birthday. We turned up just after half 9 and they made an attempt to gaslight us into thinking we booked it for 9pm. We have Facebook messages to prove this is not true. Next, a member of our group was accused of being in possession of a fake ID due to the staff’s incompetence and failure to recognise a new-style UK driving licence (which have been in circulation since the beginning of 2021!!). When we argued against this INCORRECT accusation, they bluntly told us our table had been given away. Apparently the licensing committee had paid them a visit earlier in the evening due to previous failures to recognise the difference between fake and real IDs. Genuinely in shock at how rude the staff were, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning until the waitresses/front of house staff learn some manners.
