Absolutely terrible stressful environment, I walked in,the barista lady was spilling milk over the kitchen top,she was confused and she didn't know who she was serving, as she wanted to serve the guy behind me while I was IN FRONT OF HER !she had a total of 2 customers in, and I was the 3rd one , one guy that she already made his coffee and he was in front of me ,that took ages she to stop talking and take his payment while I was waiting forever for her to take my order ..and everything seems to be stressful and panicking environment just from 3 customers in, the prices are absolutely a rip off I believe the government needs to check up this business because for a paper small cup of coffee to charge 4 pounds this is absolutely ridiculous. That barista lady was talking too much and making others wait while she just needed to take a payment and take the order from the next customer! But no! She kept on blah blah blahing until I got sick of it and it did broke my day as I have had a very important meeting ,I just expected to walk in, order my coffee,pay for it,get out and head towards my meeting! This coffee was terrible taste and expensive. This it did only messed up my day, if nothing else! If 1 employee cannot handle 2 customers then they might as well employ 1 person for each customer in part. Terrible. I don't know whom are those people that rated this place,maybe their neighbours, friends of family members,as I'm not from their bubbly bubble mates to rate it on the base of friendship, I can just speak up truth as per business responsibilities that needs to be taking in consideration their customers,we all go to work to mind our business ,do our job and not to tell stories as we aren't working for the news papers to tell stories while others are waiting...

I love this place. I can only pop in occasionally when visiting family as I'm not local, but I always stop for a coffee and I but a pouch of beans for home. The coffee is wonderful - it is made with care, and is always extracted perfectly, the milk steamed to the right consistency and temperature and the service spot on. The folks in here know their coffee and will always advise on the next one to buy for home consumption. They have a great range of various coffee brewing paraphernalia for sale too.
