I honestly cannot rave enough about the incredible experience my girlfriend and I had at Orange Rooms in Southampton – and it was all thanks to the phenomenal Emily C.

We booked in for bottomless cocktails (£25 each for 2 hours – already amazing value), and from the second we were seated, Emily went above and beyond. She welcomed us with the warmest smile and kept that same energy the entire time. Her vibe was infectious – friendly, professional, upbeat, and just genuinely lovely to be around.

What really stood out was her attention to detail. She remembered our names, our drink preferences, and somehow managed to keep our glasses full without us ever needing to ask. Not once did we have to chase a refill – Emily was already there, anticipating what we needed before we even knew it. That level of customer service is so rare these days – and she delivered it effortlessly, with style and grace.

Even in a buzzing, busy venue, she remained cool, composed, and completely in control. It honestly felt like we were being looked after by a close friend who just happens to be a cocktail expert. Emily made the whole experience feel personal, special, and 10x more enjoyable than we ever expected.

In our opinion, Emily C isn’t just a brilliant server – she’s the heart and soul of Orange Rooms. Staff like her are what keep people coming back. She deserves a serious raise, a bonus, and some serious recognition for the way she handles her role. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and takes so much pride in making others happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the amazing service we received from Emily C. during our bottomless cocktails experience at Orange Rooms in Southampton.

From the moment we arrived, Emily was friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. She made us feel completely at ease and looked after me and my girlfriend with such care and attention throughout the entire two-hour session. Even with a busy bar, Emily never missed a beat – our glasses were never empty, and she remembered our preferences without us needing to ask. That level of attention to detail made all the difference!

Not only was she incredibly efficient, but her warm and personable approach really elevated the whole experience. We’ve been to a few bottomless cocktail events before, but none came close to this – and that’s entirely down to Emily. She made us feel like VIPs!

Honestly, she’s a true asset to the Orange Rooms team and absolutely deserves a raise or a bonus for the exceptional service she provides. We’ll definitely be coming back – and we’ll be hoping Emily’s on shift!

This was supposed to be a Dirty Dancing bottomless brunch. Doors opened at 1400 for a 2hr brunch, our first drink arrived at 1440. Despite requesting for 5 of us to sit together and getting confirmation from the manager, this was not fulfilled. Following confusion from the staff we ended up on a couple of tables pushed together on the dance floor while other parties enjoyed neon lit, leather seated areas for the same price.There were less than 10 Dirty Dancing songs in the first 2 hours then the final hour was random dance tunes that nobody wanted to dance to. When I questioned when the Dirty Dancing tunes were returning, the team informed me that they were finished now as they were only played for 2hrs despite the dance floor all wanting and requesting more.

Randomly, Mean Girls was playing in the big screen the whole brunch despite us pointing this out to multiple members of staff that this was supposed to be Dirty Dancing!

There was nothing Dirty Dancing about this event except for the outfits we’d all put effort into wearing, VERY disappointing. I suspect Orange Rooms roll this format out for every themed brunch. Would not recommend and...
