Bad experience.
Went in last night for the Wing Wednesdays unlimited wings deal. The wings were lovely, but towards the end we realised we were full but had another order on the way. I tried to go to the bar and cancel the order but was told that wasn't possible and to just send them back to the kitchen when they arrived at the table - shouldn't be a problem.
However, when the server arrived at our table with the wings and we apologised and asked her to take them back, she was extremely rude to us. She dropped the trays onto the table, stared at us, and started arguing with us saying "what do you want me to do then?" and "nobody's ever sent wings back before" while being really condescending and refusing to just take the wings back to the kitchen.
We ended up feeling really guilty and just tried to eat as many of the wings as possible even though we felt sick. A really horrible and stressful end to what was a...
Read moreI like to come here before Southampton FC games. So when BrewDog advertised Euro 2024 showings, I was excited to pay a visit. I booked a table well in advance, being sure to prepare the staff that we were coming for a specific game in the comments.

I then had to ask multiple times for the commentary for the game to be put on, and staff refused to turn the music off -- they were funny at me for even asking for this. So they played BOTH the music and the commentary throughout the match, which sounded awful for everyone, and they needed reminding to put the commentary back on after half-time.
I was polite throughout despite the false advertising and poor service.
The music and food were good, as...

Booked in for wings Wednesday, but didn't specify there for wings Wednesday on the reservation. I understand that was a mistake on our part and that we couldn't have the unlimited wings, but the barman was so unapologetically patronising and blunt, that it was just an unpleasant interaction.
Even before the issue of the wings came up, the barman was unfriendly and seemed more interested in trying to impress the barmaid than act in a friendly manner. He really didn't seem interested in discussing the beers, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with the limited questions I asked.
I've been to brewdog pubs in different countries and this is the worst customer experience I've had in any of them.
Really disappointing to be spoken...
