Foodieholic St Helens — Restaurant in St Helens

If I could give 0 stars I would I have been a very loyal customer for a very long time now and have spent alot of money here because the food is amazing and it is reasonably priced but for the past two night ive had really bad problems with the restraunt Saturday night I placed an order at 2am and only revived my order past 4am I have just ordered agian tonight at 12.30am and its now 3.13am I still haven't received my order and I paid on card ive called the restraunt over 30 times and had no answer or response I ordered through food hub and foodieholic accepted my order at around 1am but they have taken my money and closed their shop so be carful from now on with this takeaway as its been two nights on a row now but I cant tell you I wont be ordering from here agian as its very unprofessional what they have done I am now going to have to wait untill 4pm to be able to get my money...

Ordered a meal deal last night and they missed off half of the meal deal and sent the wrong drink (After giving them 3 options) I then called to say half of my meal was missing and was told they would bring it tomorrow!! I told them that was pointless as we were eating the rest of the food right there and then so he said he would send his driver back out with it. I waited a further hour and a half, tried calling but got no answer and no food was delivered! Not to mention they're stingy...

Don't waste ur time. I used to order all the time, messed it up a few times promised replacement food that never came for the owner to go quite over texts to deal with it and never answer the phone. Always a half arsed excuse to why there was a problem. Used to be a go to but now stay clear aint worth the hassle...
