Just don’t bother would be my advice. Nando’s clearly doesn’t need the business even during times like this. Tried to order food numerous times during lockdown and after, then again tonight. Every time there is blockades to stop me doing so. We’ve been regular customers for years and the treatment we’ve received has just been appalling. You’ve made it impossible for us to order food, impossible to use rewards we’ve earned by spending money on a regular basis with you, and tonight have had yet another wasted journey. You close at 9, but actually close 20 minutes earlier than that it seems, as you won’t cook food beyond that point. Is there a point in advertised opening times if your staff just shut up whenever they want to go home? Absolutely disgusted and very disappointed we won’t be eating here ever again. A business that treats one of it’s most valued customers so appalling doesn’t deserve anyone’s money, especially given the current economic climate. No way of using points through online ordering which seems deliberate to stop customers using said rewards. How has a company such as Nando’s not developed a website where this is possible after the number of years we’ve been customers? Very shady. Please consider giving your business to literally any other eatery, because Nando’s don’t give a damn about loyal customers.
Nando’s if you care, you can scroll down and see André Richardson’s review from a little while ago, that’s how much we loved your particular Nando’s. No more sadly, it would be morally wrong to spend any more of our money with you. If you can’t treat customers you know by first name with a modicum of respect, which customers do you treat with any respect or consideration? Won’t be supporting you in any form again and have posted this review in as many places as possible, you don’t deserve to be making any money when you treat people...

Day 18
And Nandos still owe me money!
DAY 17
Nandos have still not bothered to contact me.
DAY 16
Still no contact from anyone to resolve this and give me my money back!
UPDATE!
Even though someone has responded to this review. I still have had no other contact from Nandos to resolve this, wow!
AVOID! STILL NOT HAD A REFUND!!!
Appaling service! Still not had a refund for the order placed on the 28th of June. Phoned Deliveroo was told will be refunded. Phoned Nandos St Helens on July 4th and July 7th, with no answer at all.
Called Deliveroo again was told my order was voided, but no refund was processed. They said it was Nandos I needed to contact. So I was directed to an online complaint form on the Nandos website where I entered my order no. loyalty card details and a screenshot of the order slot.
Still not heard anything from them, no acknowledgement at all. Shocking service, they owe me money and my orange rewards I amassed totalling £19.98.
I have noticed the past few times the service and food have not been up to par. They have been late preparing my food the last 4 times I have collected, and I waited 25 minutes over my collection time on 1 occasion.
They must have an issue with staff. The food doesn't seem flavoured properly. There is always a group smoking near the side exit door, which gives off a bad image for the company and no one here seems to care.
Previously, I had given this Nandos 5-Stars on here, but those days are long gone. It really has gone downhill.
I'll be using the other Nandos I dip into on the way from work from now on. Never have this problem foods rarely late and always tastes good and the staff are much friendlier and more customer service oriented.
Anyway, can someone contact me and refund me...

I'm not a fan of Nando's to begin with, but I was meeting with my fiancée for lunch & she wanted to go here, because she was a fan. I remain unconvinced.
Although it was lunch time at approximately 13:00, the restaurant wasn't overly busy. However, it took an inordinate amount of time for them to get our food out to us.
My fiancée decided to have the chicken wrap with the sweet potato & some corn on the cob. The potatoes were bland in her opinion & looked like baby food to the both of us.
I didn't fair much better. Being more of a red meat kind of guy, I opted for the prego steak roll. I'm dubious about ordering steak at the best of times in decent restaurants, but this was a major mistake on my part.
The steak was far too well done for my liking & was extremely dry & chewy. The bun it was served upon was as hard as rock on the outside & mushy in the middle.
The mixed salad was a handful of various shrubbery thrown together, with two (count them) tomatoes thrown in for good measure. Cherry tomatoes at that! The only redeeming feature was the coleslaw, but how hard is it to get that wrong?
All in all a disappointment & expensive for what you get. The fiancée is also less inclined to go back too. If I were you, I'd...
