Domino's Pizza - Leek — Restaurant in Staffordshire Moorlands

Food from the leek store was actually really nice however service is diabolical! We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our work address..when the pizza arrived the delivery man continued to shout and be angry at my work colleague because he said 1 he didn't know where the address was and 2 he had been looking for an hour and failed to give us our change because of his inconvenience! I'm my opinion 1 he had not been driving around for an hour because pizza was still hot 2 how dare he even keep our change! I find this disrespectful for customers and very distressing for my colleague...I did phone thr shop to first get someone who was trying to argue with me about the situation but eventually did agree it was wrong and said he would get our change back to us ASAP.... currently still waiting for driver...

Sadly, I had a poor experience here recently. Very slow service and when the food was finally given to me after leaving it under a heat lamp for 15 minutes it was barely warm. The manager did agree to remake the book, but his eye rolling, throwing my old pizza on the floor, and his constant discussion with my name added into the conversation to his colleagues wasn't professional. I wish I could understand what he was saying! Anyway, I'll use stop using Domino's now and use the local pizza stores. Feedback was sent to the Domino's...

I ordered a large pizza on the buy one get one free deal I also ordered a small pepperoni thinking I would have another free pizza. When my order was ready I was given three pizzas. I said to the girl behind the counter where’s my bogof pepperoni. She told me that i couldn’t have a buy one get one free deal on the same order. I said so if I had ordered them separately I would have got the deal, she replied yes. Order online says totally different letting have the bogof deals on the same order. Felt ripped off...
