Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Staffordshire Moorlands

Said it was open until 6pm. Arrived 5:25pm, me my wife and daughters.

Signs up saying no hot drinks served.

The pay screen displaying it had an error.

So went to the only till. No-one there, the till displayed lane closed.

Went to the table and scanned the QR code, this showed they didn't support online ordering.

Collared someone hiding in the kitchen. She said they were only serving sandwiches as they'd had a staff scheduling error. I'm assuming no-one in duty that could work the kitchen.

I get businesses have issues, especially currently. Just stick a sign up "closed" or...

At about half past 4 we went to cafe for a meal, but when we got there the man at the café till that had to tell that there was absolutely no hot food and only drinks and the things that were out. There was no signs when you enter the café so after having spent 20 minutes deciding what to have we were only told when we got to the till. This was a disappointing experience and has put us off...

Horrible experience even for a cafe, the highchair was covered in old food, plus the straps look like they have never been cleaned at all, there was also old food stains on the floor and around the table, the food came without what it said it come with on the menu and generally wasnt very nice, used to enjoy eatting here, won't be trying again until serious...
