Leve Bakery Shawarma — Restaurant in Stockport

Don’t like doing this but going to have too Came in on Friday night and clearly explained my order which was a tray of Donner meat no salad and a tray of donner and chicken no salad Please can I have a tray of salad separately because we are sharing and my son can’t eat onions (SIMPLE) 4 X garlic naan and large chips 🤞 Got home Both the kebab trays were mixed with salad and unfortunately onions so my son refused to eat and can’t blame him really seeing as I clearly explained a separate salad the kebab meat was dry as a bone and looked like it had been sat in a drawer all day . If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars I would, easily the best shawarma I've ever had!

When I got to the shop it was already full of customers, and by the time I left with my goodies there was a small crowd outside the door waiting to get in. I chose the mixed shawarma box (lamb and chicken) with chips and salad, and on a recommendation purchased a samoon on the side. The food was plentiful, delicious, fresh and you got a good amount of grub for your buck!

Both the lamb and chicken are equally as nice, however I highly HIGHLY recommend getting a samoon. Even on it's own it's so soft and tasty, I kinda wish I bought several to eat in one go!

Most overrated takeaway in Stockport.

First 2 time I came here it was only early evening yet they had no lamb

I came again today and again no lamb, so just decided to go with the chicken and don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad it was perfectly edible however it was just bland, it had virtually no flavour at all, didn’t even have any salt.

After all the hype I’d heard about this place I have so say I’m sorely disappointed. Would’ve been much happier with a tray of donner and chips from the place just down the road from me rather than coming from the other side of Stockport to try eat some...
