Crazy takeaway shop, placed order at 6:00pm and booked the delivery time at 7:00pm, they had updated the delivery time to 7:15pm.....Finally arrived at 8:55pm. This is my fifth time to order foods from your shop ,of course I had already wrote down my house number and address , do you need my order photo ? And also wrote these in the comment as well. I placed order by using peri house app, I have the record in hand.If this is the bug of your app, please modify it. And the truth is , I got my order in 55 minutes after we'd called you. Not 15 minutes as you said. We have 3kids at home, they are 8years , 2 years and six months old, We must keep our phone in silent mode because the baby is always in sleep. Please note: I placed the order not for waiting your calls! WOW would not even give 1 star. I ordered my food at 6.45pm didn't receive the full order untill 9.40pm. Delivery of the food took over 2 hours and it was missing items. Called numerous of times because I had a screaming crying 10 year old wanting her tea then to be told it will be with me soon. Called again when I received my incorrect order stated my missing items would be with me in 10 mins...an hour later the other half of our meals arrived. The guy on the phone stated the manager would of been delivering the rest of my order. He never came. I called back to say the manager didn't deliver my food, I told him to get him to call me after he had been rude, and inconsiderate and told me everyone had been complaining and basically telling me to get to the back of the queue! Peri house has got to be the poorest food in stockport . Make this make sense. How can you tell me that the kebab meat that you had to bring again because the 1st order wasnt right was freshly cooked because you put it in the microwave. HAHA if I pay money want fresh food nkt microwaved the boss even told me he did that . Kebab meat like dog meat wouldn't even feed it the homeless. Phoned up the boss had bad attitude told me come to the shop he will refund . Went to shop he short changed me didn't realise till I got back.
