Member of staff required visual inspection of home to satisfy that the order was incorrect.

Food was good, but one item (a main meal for one person) was missing (this was a £60 order). Called up the business, where they kept telling us it had been packed. Eventually they decided to attend the property and ask to see all the food.

As you can imagine, by the time this has all happened the guest no longer wanted their food, and when they said this, the staff decided it was no longer the biggest issue they had, and so would fulfill the order. They sent the burger and, as some sort of desperate gesture of good will, added a plain fries... They think we'd eat the food they prepared after attending the property to essentially accuse us of theft? All food prepared after the 'home inspection' obviously went straight in the bin. Complete waste of time.

An awful experience all because they believed we were desperate for a free vegetarian burger -_-

Above all else, I'd really like the business to think about whether these visual inspections are necessary and how much distrust in the business this creates. You made an error/mistake, we had some disgruntled employee/owner attend the property to prove us right?! We'll obviously never...

It's been 3 hours since we placed an order. Me and my family have always been loyal customers, but now we are not. They are fantastic at not being communicative. They turn their phones off, so you can't receive an update on your order or contact them. My family members are beginning to look like edible delicacies. I'm not sure how much longer I can wait with this hunger before I start to fully hallucinate. All I wanted is a kebab and I'm starting to believe this order is coming from overseas. I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. Nah that's not true, I'm fuming, not ordering...

I’ve just eaten the most beautiful pizza I’ve ever tasted! I usually order thin base but I guess at the late hour I wasn’t offered a particular base, but omg I’m so glad I wasn’t. It had a thick base but it was so light and fluffy it just melted in the mouth. So fresh and delicious. Piping hot, tasty sauce, creamy authentic mozzarella and fresh toppings. Sorry I’d eaten the whole thing before I saw I needed to take a pic 🤣🤣 for the review. Might just have to order another again tomorrow.just to take it Fantastic service, authentic food...
