I would recommend to avoid it during lunch time for the sake of the employees. Today I waited for 45 mins to order my sandwich and pay for it. There were only 6-7 people ahead of me in the queue. The long delay was due to the incoming Deliveroo, Ubereats, Just eat orders. They don;t come in for 1 or 2 sandwiches during lunch. While I was in the queue there were 2 orders that were over £50 that came through and the guy in the counter shouted they have 12 minutes to make them! That is easily 7-8 sandwiches..i feel sorry for the guys who are working there. Only 2 of them handling orders from left right and centre. There were only 5 people in the line but it took more than 20 mins to get a sandwich done.

Been going to this branch 13years ever since staff and managment changed they are not filling there salads or sandwich and salad does not taste as freash as it used to for that matter either portion size has dropped in which case price should be also then if portion size has not dropped then you need better staff who know what there doing am disgusted this used to be my faviorte branch now i have been to other subways also but non of them treat you like that am not looking for anything this has happend multiple times at this branch i let it slide before because i thought they may not be fully trained yet but its getting to a point where its becoming a joke. Staff were happy to prioritise Just Eat orders over customers in the store (including one that came through while I was stood next to the counter waiting to be served). Staff gave no explanation or apology for making people in line wait as clearly we have nothing better to do, gave up after the second order started to be made and walked out…I appreciate it was lunch and the staff were under pressure but you have to balance out orders and not take your in-store customers for granted.
TLDR: just order on Just Eat and you’ll get your sub faster than going in person. They value takeaways more...
