Popped in the other weekend and ordered a Pizza and drink with the other half from the very friendly bearded chap behind the bar, which took a little while to come but was piping hot and fresh so obviously cooked to order. Every single time you walk in the front door, its like the conversations stop - and everyone at the bar watches you walk in. Never not been in, and had this experience. With the amount of people at the bar, its not a large bar - so getting served can be annoying. Aside from that - quite good seating inside and outside with large and small rooms inside - and a large beer garden outside. Wing Wednesday - not exactly the best - just get the plain wings, with a small amount of sauce...

This pub is definitely the pride of Hazel Grove. Eddie is definitely one of the best landlords you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. The food is great, the atmosphere welcoming, clientele are friendly. Looking forward to enjoying the beer garden soon too. Live music, dog friendly too.
