Halo — Restaurant in Stockport

Its ok but there's room for improvement. I probably wont order from here again as there was more disappointments then wowzers! Plenty of other places doing it better for similar prices locally.

Food was delivered faster than expected. But was bordering on cold which was disappointing.

Vegi burger was ok, it was a vegetable mix base instead of spicy beans which was a nice suprise as there is no description of what it actually is on just eat. Salad on the burger and the bun were fresh but the burger itself was just missing something, I added garlic mayo which improved it.

Curly fries were a great portion but were stone cold and soggy.

Garlic mayo is excellent.

I also had the peanut brownie with ice cream. The brownie was rock solid I mean I couldn't get a folk through it. I heated it up a little to soften it up. It was ok but wasnt as described on just eat. I expected brownie with peanut butter but it had been formed into some sort of complex bar which made it weird. I wouldnt order dessert again.

Ordered food through Uber with specific instructions due to allergens. The food that arrived had the instructions ignored. We called the restaurant who were happy to supply a replacement order, but the replacement still had the included ingredients that we requested to remove. Unfortunately at this point we decided it was not worth the trouble of calling up again and moved on. When reviewing on Uber the restaurant was less than professional. It is a shame as this attitude from management will most likely be the reason for the poor service and lacklustre food. Only rated as one star, as you can't rate as zero. My company placed an order for our evening workers yesterday through justeat, all paid for, confirmation of order received and tel no provided for an office phone which is manned 24/7. Tonight when our order failed to arrive we called and were told it had been cancelled as we didn't reconfirm the order online. When asked why we would when the order had been paid for in full, we were told it is a justeat requirement, which is strange as no other company we have ordered from on justeat have this requirement.
