Artisan Tap — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Too small for the gig we attended; fire safety hazard as was over full. Also full of hooligans who were smashing glasses. Not only that but we PAID money to get into the venue for a gig to then arrive and find out that everyone was admitted with no payment. How is it fair to those of us who paid for the gig when randoms were still allowed in to watch from the back?! Absolute shambles and we won’t be returning. Absolute joke of a venue that charges ticket prices for some yet have no security and allow any riffraff in that are rude, they are already drunk and were still served. I’m disgusted to be honest and I’ll be claiming my money back for this so...

Expensive for what you get. Go the sanctuary instead. Just to reply to the owner... Can you show me my review of Farmfoods please.. Quite a fan of Farmfoods it's good value for money. Unlike Artisan. Yes the beer is ok but you can get it cheaper. The cost of things doesnt translate into value as a business owner you should already know this.

I dont mind paying the going rate as long as it's a fair price.
