Update January 2021: I was able to go here again and the quality of products and services are still 100% in my book!

The dessert I bought with my drink is called the salted caramel nut slice and it is absolutely divine. I would definitely recommend it if they have it in stock when you go. I can imagine it selling out quickly!

They're still accepting both cash and card, and they have even more partitions and two-meters standing labels outside the shop for customers to abide by.

I will definitely return!

Summer 2020: When I am next in this area again, I will definitely go to this place! I ordered an iced latte and it was delicious! It was a light blend of espresso used I think, because it had a really pleasant smooth flavor that wasn't too strong or bitter like other shops.

During this time, they have the main part of the shop open air but with ivy barriers. There is an area at the front that you can safely place your order which has a plastic partition. They accept cash or card. And the service was very quick!

I had a chat with the individual who served me, I think he may have been the owner or manager. And he seemed very kind and we had a nice time getting on making small talk. It was great to be able to speak with someone (a stranger) who was so happy, especially after being cooped up for months on end. So refreshing!

Our first visit to this cafe, after months of walking past and nipping into Starbucks. It was a big mistake to stop in on this occasion. Ordered the standard Lattes and two panini. The lattes arrived after 5 minutes, the paninis 10 minutes later. My partners Panini had a huge area of obvious blue mould on the top of it. Goodness knows how this was not spotted at the time of warming up. It put us both off our lunch. We got a refund on the Mouldy item. Rush down our (average) Lattes and left....Disgusting! The staff are OK, but not very attentive or polite. Whoever owns this place ought to be aware of the age of stock, and also the speed and service... back to Starbucks we go! Also, one more grumble..your slice of tree tables are not very practical..and every one had a wobble! No matter how many times we tried to level it out. Also, the slate serving plates should have a slight edge, to stop the over-spilled coffee, when served, going onto my trousers! Attention to detail is required! I would far from recommend this...

OMG! This place was a delight to the eyes, our order was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing & honest. I had ordered a slice of raspberry ripple to go with my mocha, however the barista said that he didn’t want to serve it as it was a few days old and he was no longer happy with it. He recommended their ‘persian cake’ instead, and said if I did not like it, I would get my money back, as he was so confident in how amazing it was! AND RIGHTLY SO!!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Even my mocha was perfect! Usually I find the amount of chocolate and coffee is not quite right at some other places, but here they had got it perfect! My husband also loved his classic hot choc and spiced apple cake. The owners were very welcoming and took an interest in their customers. We felt so welcomed!
